Hi all readers...

Just mostly good reminders ... somebody took time to write them ;-) ... Thanks those who forward this to my email this morning.

HANDBOOK 2009

Health:

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
5. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer.
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books than you did in 2008.
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
9. Sleep for 7 hours.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.

Personality:

11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
13. Don't over do. Keep your limits.
14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
16. Dream more while you are awake.
17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
18. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
20. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
21. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
22. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
23. Smile and laugh more.
24. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

Society:

25. Call your family often.
26. Each day give something good to others.
27. Forgive everyone for everything.
28. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.
29. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
30. What other people think of you is none of your business.
31. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.

Life:

32. Do the right thing!
33. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
34. GOD heals everything.
35. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
36. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
37. The best is yet to come.
38. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.
39. Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy.

Teman terulung

Semalam.. masa aku menonton televisyen...
Nampak satu iklan game show yang aku mmg minat sangat...
"RODA IMPIAN"

Masa iklan tu on air... aku nampak lah seseorang yang cukup aku kenali dan sinonim dengan aku satu ketika dulu..
teman terulung ku dahulu, kini dan selamanya walaupun dia tak mengetahui...

Memang satu ketika dahulu aku akui kitorang "agak" rapat...
Rapat in such way uda dan dara... biaselah... faham2 ajelah kan..
Tapi.. rezeki, jodoh, ajal maut semuanya urusan Allah walaupun kita cuba menahan..
Tetapi... dia yang lebih berkuasa ke atas segalanya...
Perancang terbaik adalah Allah.... aku akur dengan ketentuan ini walaupun aku sedih terpaksa kehilangan dia...

Iklan roda impian semalam... telah mengembalikan nostalgia ingatan aku kepadanya 2 tahun lepas...
Dia banyak kali cuba menghubungi aku... tapi.. sebab teringatkan kata-kata pedasnya... aku ignorekan panggilan dia... kecik hati punya pasal... entahlah... luka ku belum sembuh sepenuhnya...

Aku telah maafkan dia...

semoga Allah permudahkan setiap urusan dia dan dapat pengganti yang lebih baik dari diri aku ni....
Namun, apa pun yang terjadi, dia tetap teman terulungku...
Ya Allah Kau peliharalah dia..
Tetapkan imannya.. semoga dia menjadi anak yang soleh...

Taat pada perintah Allah serta rasulnya... dan sentiasa berbakti kepada ibu bapanya.

Anugerah Allah (Anugerah Pascasiswazah Fakulti)

Alhamdulillah.. Allah telah menganugerahkan sesuatu untukku berusaha lebih giat lagi. Mudah2-mudahan aku tidak lalai dan leka dengan anugerah ini. Sesungguhnya Allah maha Pengasih dan Maha Penyayang terhadap hamba-hambanya... Syukur alhamdulillah...

Semalam, 4 Februari 2009 merupakan Majlis Sepetang bersama Dekan [:: Dr. Rudzi patut bagi aku kredit sebab up nama dia kat sini he he he]. Aku terpilih untuk bersama-sama menerima anugerah tersebut. Alhamdulillah sangat... dan kegembiraan ini aku kongsikan bersama- sama kawan2 yang turut serta memberi semangat buatku... buat Suraya, Dayana, Kak Ramita [:: Wife bos aku ni.. kene masukkan... utk up SKT aku ;P], Suwaibah, Yati, Abg Lan, dan yang lain2 yang terlibat secara langsung atau tidak langsung di atas kejayaan ini... hanya Allah sahaja yang boleh membalas jasa kalian serta pertolongan kalian. Ikutkan mmg kerja dgn sambung master ni tak terkata hebat dugaannya. Tapi Allah tu tetap bersama hambanya. Masterji... Insyaallah sem ni would be the last sem... lepas ni perancangan lain pulak...

Kat sini, aku kongsikan sedikit pic.. tapi tak banyak la sebab masa tu aku actually dah takder mud sebab majlis berlangsung lama sangat... Dekan cakap bbbbaaaaaaaaannnyyyyyyyyaaaakkkk pasal perpindahan Fakulti ke Kampus Puncak Perdana [menuju puncak.. impian yang nyata.. la la la]. Aku register kul 1.20 sampai kol 6 dalam tu.. sejuk sangat dlm DSB... kali ni duk sepan sekali.. wahhh cam org besar aje.. dah memang besar pun!! ;P So haruslah lapar yang amat... aku siap terketar2 tahan lapar... mujur lemak aku banyak lagi so bolehlah di proses kepada sumber tenaga... heheheheh...

Oklah.. aku harap.. anugerah ni jadi pemangkin aku di masa hadapan utk lebih giat lagi mencapai kejayaan.. syukur Allah... sesungguhnya Engkau tidak pernah melupakan aku....

It's b'coz of a friend who did't know how to air out her/his voice ethically ~unethical betulla...

juz cross up into my mind... why not i put her/him up to the mountain and life peacefully isolately.

Always under temperament while voice out with people and think she's/his's the best!

:: so.. BEFORE i get anger... Pls... pls... pls... why ha? people love to keep on complain even they do for nothing?!!!

No water at home...

Yesterday i received a message from my housemate said there is not water at home. OO gosh!!! It will make my life hectic!! Maybe because of the renovation of the water tank at the top of our house kut... So, we decided to take a shower at my office... toing!!

Actually, the water tank spills over last few months but no action taken from the maintainance. What they said is radiculous which... "your block is not under our maintainance".. so who shall responsible for this... i'm still puzzled until today... with the rubbish thrown by the unethical neighbour?.. is they are my neighbour?... Poyo!.. it make me ashamed with a friends and family who sometimes visit us. Reports has been made through the maintainance office but no action taken. I think they will take action until "Karam Singh Walia" come across and make it broadcast! ok tak?... padan muka...

So, yesterday and this morning we took a shower at our office. Wakaka!!! It seems crazy but what to do... i've no choice!

Doing assignments.. help me...

Dear all... those who interested in helping me to finish up my assignments pls do not hesitate to do so. Your urgent action is highly appreciated! wakakaka..

I'm still day dream of finishing my assignments... The submission date is 8 Feb 2009 which is too close for me to day dream... huurrmmm... wake upp!!!!!
